Training Priority

“The fat loss process is a team effort, that requires commitment, consistency, determination, knowledge and of course, patience. I believe that employing the services of a Personal Trainer is a big commitment, and needs to be an informed decision. If you are making your fitness a priority, and believe that a PT is necessary, then you should ensure that it is a top 3 priority for your time and effort (family and work being 1 & 2). Don’t make appointments (obviously medical requirements excluded), or organise social outings when you have a booked PT session – that’s hardly committed. If it’s important enough for you to get a PT, then make sure you get there each session, and make the most of it. For that session, there is nothing more important. You have a set time to achieve something special, and you must take that opportunity. Each session you complete to the best of your ability, is one more step closer to your goal. Attending a PT sporadically will not help you achieve the goals you have set.”
